Refund & Return Policy — AltFrange**

Thank you for shopping with AltFrange.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.


1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)


2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

If your return is accepted, we will send you:

  • Return instructions

  • A prepaid return label (if applicable)

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • An email confirmation will be sent once the refund is issued

If your refund appears delayed, please check with your bank or card provider before contacting us.


4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To request an exchange, contact us at support@altfrange.us and include clear photos of the issue.


5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items (perfumes, cosmetics, skincare)

  • Health & hygiene products

  • Perishable goods

  • Digital products or gift cards

  • Clearance / final sale items

If you’re unsure whether an item is eligible, feel free to ask us before purchasing.


6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item is defective or damaged, or

  • You received the wrong product

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@altfrange.us with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your card provider

  3. Then contact us if the issue persists
